No anti spam on my outlook express?

I have just renewed my norton anti virus to the 2008 edition and all my emails are going into the inbox. Nothing gets marked spam and if I right click I used to be able to choose that a message was spam but I don't have that option. Should I configure something somewhere.

2. Use Yahoo Mail for your Email. Also, for anti virus protection, switch from Norton to Avast!
