I need a good anti spam software that works with yahoo mail. preferably blocking non address-book mail?

I find Yahoo spamgaurd effective but not enough. I still spend a lot of time deleting. I would like a spam blocker that will block all incoming mail that is not in my address book. Can you recommend one? I would prefer a spam blocker that is n ot part of a suite

1. I usually just mark the mail as spam and try my best to not leave my email to a lot of sites. g mail is part of yahoo i think, so i think its safe to recommend g mail. they have a great thing going.
